Active adults -  I have extensive training and experience in helping folks transitioning into an active adult community and moving from other areas.  I have earned and have maintained the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation through the National Association of Realtors My goal is to make the experience as stress free as possible.  I personally have moved 33 times in a total of 7 states so I have mastered the art of relocation.

First time buyers - I helped both my sons purchase their first homes.  It is so rewarding to guide first time buyers through the process and explaining each step needed to get them into their new home.  On closing day, it warms my heart to see the pride and excitement on their faces when they get the keys to their new home.
